    Bio

    JUDr. Olga Erhartová is a respected professional in media law and advertising, intellectual property and trademarks. Her clients include, among others, major media agencies, operators of a number of commercial radio stations and advertising agencies.

    Prior to starting her independent law practice, Olga Erhartová worked as a lawyer in the International Tax Department at the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, where she was involved in the preparation and conclusion of double taxation treaties for the Czech Republic.

    Later she worked at the Office for Legislation of the Government of the Czech Republic in the Department of European Integration and Harmonization of Czech Law with EU Law and was a member of the team that coordinated legislative work on the harmonization of Czech law with European law. In the years 1998-2001 she worked in a leading Prague law firm, where she specialized in providing services mainly in the field of company law, contract law and labor law.

    In 2001, Olga Erhartová founded her own law firm focusing on commercial law, media law, advertising and trademarks.

    Bio

    Ondřej Strnad, attorney at law is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University. During his studies he spent two semesters at Turun yliopisto in Finland, where he completed courses focused mainly on European intellectual property law.

    During his studies, he worked in a law firm with general practice and served as the secretary of the Legal Academic Association Juristi.

    He joined our law firm after successfully graduating in 2017. In his practice, he focuses on company law, contract law, personal data protection, copyright law and media law.
